At Tier One Metalworks, we stand by the craftsmanship of our industrial-inspired fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and limited-edition hardware are final sale and ineligible for exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Tier One Metalworks packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags remain attached to the metal components.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our forge.
